How do I track my order?
Thank you for placing an order on BC Cannabis Stores!
First, you’ll receive an email confirmation of your order that will contain a link to view your order online:
When your order is shipped, you’ll receive another email that contains a link to Canada Post’s tracking service. From that website, you’ll be able to track the status of your order to see where it is and when you can expect it to arrive.
Please note that, due to COVID-19, Canada Post has not been doing door delivery of signed-for packages and so your order may be delivered to your local post office for collection (with 19+ ID).
Canada Post is now resuming direct delivery to some select house and townhouse residential addresses using a ‘verbal’ signature to complete delivery. If your address is not eligible for a verbal signature, the current process will be in effect and a card will be left for you to visit the post office for pick-up. The recipient can be anyone at that address who is 19 years or older and can present two forms of valid ID.
