Pineapple Express Delivery Service

BC Cannabis Stores has partnered with Pineapple Express Delivery (PED) to provide next-business-day delivery to online customers in the Metro Vancouver area. Customers in eligible postal codes who place orders on between 12am and 11:59pm will receive their cannabis products the next business day*, direct to their door (no more trips to the Post Office).



  • Online BC Cannabis Stores purchases from customers in eligible postal codes will now automatically receive next-business-day*, direct-to-door delivery for the same flat rate of $6+tax.
  • Delivery updates are available via SMS (text message) for customers who choose to add their mobile phone number at checkout.
  • Rescheduling deliveries can be done via SMS or using the live support chat at


Who is eligible?

BC Cannabis Stores online customers who live in an eligible Metro Vancouver postal code. The Metro Vancouver region includes Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam, Delta, Port Coquitlam, New Westminster, Langley, Port Moody, Surrey and White Rock, as well as parts of Maple Ridge, North and West Vancouver and Pitt Meadows. Communities outside this region will continue to receive their deliveries via Canada Post. However, there are a few exceptions, such as if you use a PO Box or who have a rural postal code (beginning with V0). To check your eligibility, visit our full list of eligible postal codes.


What does it cost?

Shipping rates are a flat fee of $6.00 (CAD) + applicable taxes, per order, regardless of carrier or order size.


How does it work?

Simply shop for products, add your selections to the cart, and checkout. On the checkout page, you’ll be able to enter in your mobile phone number for SMS (text message) delivery updates. Additionally, you can enter in special delivery instructions, including buzzer number, if applicable.

To make the most of your Pineapple Express Delivery, we recommend that you provide your mobile phone number at checkout to receive SMS (text message) delivery updates.

Provided you are eligible for PED, you will automatically receive next-business-day* delivery!


Tracking your order:

After you place your order on, you will receive two emails:

  • First, your Order Confirmation email will confirm the items that you have purchased.
  • Next, your Shipping Confirmation email will contain a link to track your delivery.

Clicking this link will take you to PED’s live delivery tracker. Simply hit “Track” and view the status of your order. Please note that it can take up to 30 minutes after you receive your Shipping Confirmation email to begin seeing live tracking updates.

If you have added your phone number at checkout, you will receive your first text message update when your order is picked up for delivery.

As your delivery driver nears your home, you will receive updates. Delivery updates are automated and drivers do not have access to your phone number. Customers who prefer not to sign up for text updates can track their order via the PED website.

Need to reschedule your delivery?

To reschedule the delivery timeslot provided by PED, visit the tracking website ( and click to chat with a member of their support team. You can also use this function to update any information you may have missed (such as special delivery instructions) during checkout.  PED support is available from 10am to 10pm on business days.

If you have provided your mobile phone number during checkout and are receiving texts about your delivery, you can reply to the automated message to have the support team reschedule your delivery.


Accepting your delivery and returns:

When your delivery arrives, please have your ID ready to prove your age (19+). Deliveries can also be received by anyone aged 19 or over in the household.

Now it’s time to enjoy your order. If, however, there’s something wrong with your order, please reach out to BC Cannabis Stores’ Customer Care Centre Support Team. They will assist you with any questions about your order or will help to facilitate a refund if necessary.


Not home when PED knocks?

If you’re not home when Pineapple Express Delivery arrives, a non-descript door hanger will be left to notify you that PED attempted delivery. The door hanger will contain details of how to get in touch with PED to schedule your next delivery. If you have not received your package by the scheduled time, please refer to the shipping confirmation email in your inbox and click the link to reschedule your delivery. Please note that after three attempts, PED will return your package to BC Cannabis Stores’ distribution centre and you will be issued a refund.

*Next-business-day delivery refers to next-business day, delivering Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays will be delivered on Monday.
